Apple at 13

I realized that I love cooking when I saw how to make "leche flan on tv and asked my Mom to buy me ingredients the next day and then I started playing at the kitchen.

We usually have someone to cook for us or its my parents that's why I grew up not learning a lot. But I am always observing. Whenever I see interested things to cook on tv, I try cooking it once in a blue moon while I was studying. Like, baking cookies out of Milo chocolate powder, lasagna & leche flan.


But now, my ideas of cooking widen as I am more interested in cooking fusion cuisines. From Asian, to Thai, Indian, Mediterranean, European, etc, but dont think that I am really getting the right taste. No, I am just starting :)
